Our focus is on the Office of Government Commerce's (OGC) PRojects In Controlled Environment methodology, version 2. (PRINCE2®) which enables fulfilment of our clients specialist requirements. Our experience in other project managemnet methodologies, means that we are able to accomomdate other Project Management methodolgies as preferred by clients.

All our project management consultants are trained in PRINCE2® and internationally accredited through formal examination and certification. CI is able to train and qualify both its own consultants and those of its clients.
